New/changed console commands in v2.0

I would like to ask for the complete list of the new and changed console commands and variables for V2.0.

The list should be like:
The name of the console command/variable
What they do, and how does it work

The 'help' command does not display all the commands I saw (or I don't see them), and some of them are weird/hard to understand!

Yup, I knew I was a bit rusty, because I actually need these new commands/variables for my server script, which will allow more accuracy for my servers! Thx!
