Hey you said you'd use srb2, you didnt say to make new animations or use the ones from the game!

What exactly do you mean by animations? I know animations are moving images, but SRB2 does that using the sprites.
 
You know, SRB2's 3D engine isn't real good for basing a game around. May I suggest Ogre or Irrlicht? The only saving qualities of SRB2 is that it can already be used as a game engine (which I assume is why you're using it).
 
I'd like evidence that this game is even being worked on. It's one thing to say you're working on it, but another to actually be doing it.
 
Shadow Hog: If you need evidence, come to the channel #hypertails on EsperNet and take a look. Me and moonlander are working hard here to try and get ideas.

I didn't put it in Releases because I hadn't done any of the design yet. But some of us are discussing it on IRC.

You see? This is why I tell so few people about my crazy project ideas, not one of them has gotten past making a few 3D models.
 
Then don't post until you've made some actual progress. Enough projects are started here and never get past planning. When you're done planning, have started working on it, and have something to show for it, THEN post about it.
