Netgame problems

Ok I know you can have wads in netgames. I can't do this. If I do it kicks all in out. Why?

Because none of them have that WAD. They'd have to rejoin and get that WAD upon joining.

Thanks alot and one of my wads dose'nt work at all. If I play him the game glitches and quits. Well on character select.
