Net command fails

Sometimes, when I try to join a netgame, I get these things called "net command fails." And then I get con failed out. I can't figure this out. Could somebody help me please?

The short answer is that CTF is horribly buggy, and it's a problem in the coding. It should be fixed for 1.09. The only real current solution is to keep trying and cross your fingers, I've had it work occasionally.
