Neon's stats are 1 speed, and 5 weight. and he should be visible on the
His rivals are Eggman, Fang, and Typhoon Aigis.
I'll add clips to this post later, sorry about adding to the pile of launch submissions... but I want this out as soon as possible, an I'm kinda in the middle of something at this exact moment.
