Normally this sort of addon would get rejected, however Rule 3 states that users are allowed to post addons on behalf of other creators if they have consent.

Your screenshot clearly shows that the artist is ok with this addon being posted, and you explicitly said that you wanted to post it here. Therefor I think this is an acceptable submission!
