Needing Help with 3D MODELS

It's been a while, huh? I say that a lot, I'm being more active here now. Anyways, I need help with 3d models, I don't know the basics and I need reccomendations for what program, tutorials and stuff, I've done some research and I need help with... welll practically everything.
