Need some help.

I need help on these three things: How do I make a deathpit on SRB2DoomBuilder? How do I make lava like water or burn you on SRB2DoomBuilder? How do I make water and not make it overlap the entire level on SRB2DoomBuilder?
Those are my questions. They all are SRB2DoomBuilder questions. Hope to hear the answers!

Death pit is sector type 5.

As for damagy water, give the control sector the type of damage you want. Water damage makes the water sheild make you invincible (and the water shield already keeps you from drowning) fire damage does the same for the fire sheild (it doesn't dissapear underwater when the damage is this type) and electric damage for the ring magnet (same as fire, doesn't dissapear).

Thanks a ton! But I still dont know how to make you sink into water yet...... whenever I make some water I dont go through it like I should be. Even if I do make water it overlaps the entire level. I still need help with that.
