Need Help with WAD error...

Hey, I am working on my first WAD. It is orbinaut from Sonic 1. However, whenever I try to load it, I get this:

R_InstallSpriteLump: Bad frame characters in lump MAXEB0

What do I do?

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

(BTW I know the sprites stink but it's my 1st WAD and it's a WIP)

Your PLAY sprites are stored into the wad as IMAGE type files. They need to be stored into the wad as SPRITE type files and they need to be put inbetween a SS_START and a SS_END MARKER.

Edit: I forgott to mention that your PLAYb1 sprite is labeled incorrectly. Right now it is called "PLAYAb1" ... :|
