Anywho, you'll need to host your image somewhere that allows permalinking. Imageshack and Photobucket are good, so Google them.
Then, you get your direct image link and paste them between IMG tags. Imageshack (not sure about Photobucket) has readily prepared IMG tags too, so you use the one they give you.

They also supply thumbnail code, which I suggest for larger images.
