Need help with SRB2 U (uncapped)

Hi!
like you have read the title, i need help to run sonic robo blast 2 uncapped.
yesterday i found out about addons on the original version of sonic robo blast 2 (ORIGINAL)
but it was only running on 35 framerates.
so then i found out about SRB2 UNCAPPED and i wanted to try it out.
well if that worked the post should end here right?
well, no.
EVERYTIME i installed the pogramm, windows gives me a warning of the file because its "malicious".
i probably jumped over it and what did i see?
bunch of files were missing.
where i looked i couldnt find any help, and thats why im here to ask for help.
i would thank you alot if you could help me fix this problem.
thats it. cant wait for a fix to fix this.

(but im probably going to update to build 22557.1 (ni_release) so)

This is just my assumption, but it sounds like whatever antivirus software you are using has quarantined files in your SRB2 directory. I'd recommend checking the antivirus software to see if you can get more information on the quarantine, then flagging the false positive and restoring files quarantined from that directory. If I'm not mistaken about the situation, that should fix your problem.

well i tried it before but my anti virus software is already done for! (its free trial is done now so i cannot use it) BUT i can try to delete the software.
however, im not sure because i dont wanna lose safety of this laptop!
however i will try it.

i deleted the anti virus and guess what?
it didnt work. :[
i really wanna play srb2 in 60 fps so please help me.
