every time I try to put rings,springs,enemies they don't appear when I test
my level ?

If you're talking about 3D mode, you need to press 'T' to show things.

This means that you're using the old config file. Make sure you select the correct version when opening/creating your map.

You don't need. You can delete if you want to. But, if you still work on 1.09.4's maps, it's interesting to keep the old CFG.

The Iwad is srb2.srb, for BOTH versions. I sure hope you kept them in seperate folders...
As for the config, it's already in SRB2DB.

You gotta set the config and point to the Iwad (srb2.srb) for 2.0.

Are you sure you put it in the right folder? It should be alongside BuilderSRB2.exe. Also, it might be worth redownloading it, in case you got a broken version.
