need help with making objects!

need to make a object in the game appear without finding them! lets begin first go to the console and type in objectplace on. then press p or o to change into different objects! last find the chaos emeralds as sonic and press control to set it down and collect them and find the silver rings box and do what you did with the chaos emeralds! P.S type in objectplace off in the console for the object thing to wear off
