Need help with creating or fixing an enemy that's a ? in Zone Builder

Hello, So I'm fixing and old .WAD made in SRB2 2.1 by Spinsnazo, Tails' Doll Forest. The Tails' Doll enemy is not there and is being replaced by a Buzz. Is there a fix to the problem? I am still fairly new to Zone Builder, but I'm getting better.
