I need help with putting character mods in srb2 and im kinda new to all this

Are you using the latest version of SRB2? I'm sure a mod like SA-Sonic is using newer features.

I'm using SRB2 version v2.2.1

You need v2.2.9 for some mods like sa-sonic and chrispy chars
