Need an professional drawer for my character mod

I have shitty drawing skills and considering you have to draw to make sprites, i'm pretty much stuck making the mod

Rule 15 of our forum states that you cannot just ask others to make things for you, and doing art for a playable is a mighty ask of anyone. If you want your character mod to be made, you will have to do it yourself.
