Need a sprite ripper for a wad

So im trying to make a wad but i dont know how to rip sprites so i need somebodys help on ripping sprites to make this wad its my first one and its going to be mania tails so i suggest if you can help rip sprites from sonic cd and mostly mania and obviously the sprites need to be tails it will be appreciated and il do the coding for the wad il credit in the wad whoever helped with the ripping
