You seemed to have uploaded a thumbnail instead of the actual image. Don't worry about stretching the tables, just post the full image. I suggest using tinypic for posting your images.

Just so you know, if you really want to make a character WAD, you are going to need to put a LOT of effort into it. One character WAD contains something around 170 frames.

I can't really tell from the image since they are way too small, but if the sprites come from an existing game (for example a sonic wad using Sonic 3 sprites), then it would not be allowed. They have to be done by yourself. If they are already done by yourself, then you are on the right path.

From what I can see using the PS3 HD zoom, Noah is ok, but Shade is too fat and her head looks like an octopus, make Shade's head more spherical and make her skinnier.
