My second soc(Cheap-eggman.soc)

This is my second soc I've made, what it does is.

-when eggman trys to attack he turns into a skim
-when he turns into a skim the first time he'll drop one emerald(get it).
-he creates a alternative way, to defeat a boss without the hit the boss 8 times thing.
