my new level wad

i've been making a new level wad for srb2, but i don't know how to get jetty-syns to move and attack.

ps: is it possible to have sidedefs/walls that hurt you on contact

Jetty-Syns attack when they see you. Hurting walls can be made.

how do you make walls that hurt?

Make a "thin" sector infront of the wall that has a control sector with a damage effect.

And if Jetty-Syns are set to deaf, they won't see you.

i think the jetty-syns that i used were set to deaf, oh, and sector damage effects only work if you touch the floor, from what i've seen.

Then un-deaf the Jetty-Syns and make the damage sector an invisible intangable FOF spanning the floor to the ceiling or learn to wad better and come back to this idea later. If you're trying to make lava walls, I would suggest making actual lava rather then using lava for the wall texture.
