My New Computer Game

Hey, It's Master C.
I need some help for my new game Sonic vs Ashura.
First does anyone have or know maybe a program that does these voices,
Sonic voice,Tails voice,Knuckles voice,Amy voice,Shadow voice and Cream voice. Also do you know a quicker way to rip the sprites,it is taking forever. If you know anything please let me know.

Be specific, what are you talking about when you say "a program what does these voices?" What program are you using to make the game and rip the sprites?

I mean if you know a program that can make the voices. And I'm not sure if you know a program that can rip that can rip the sprites faster.
