My level is screwing up for no reason & more

I'm trying to put a shadowcasting FOF, but it keeps turning out glitchy for no reason. Some of the sector doesn't appear, and then other things start becoming glitchy too. I did another shadowcasting FOF the same way before and it turned out fine (I deleted that one though because I didn't like it)
Here's some screenshots because I'm not entirely sure how to describe it:

The floor is buggy here. I had the red carpet texture but deleted it, then redid it again, because it was an open sector. But now it's just buggy. The red line in the sky is also part of what is supposed to be the FOF.

Also, I tried creating linedef 107 like the wiki told me (rising water) but nothing happens. I merged three control sectors together, the middle one having the FOF special I wanted, the one on the left having linedef type 232, and the right one having nothing, but I'm not sure what heights I am supposed to put on which control sector.

AND, how do I create scrolling textures? The third screenshot has a colorful pillar, and I want that pillar's sidedef textures to scroll right or left. How would I do that?
 
The rising water only works in linedef executor areas. If you want it to go up and down, you need Activate Floating Platform. Send me the map via pm, and I'll try and fix it.
 
You know, it seems like you're not rock-solid with the basics. If you keep drawing unclosed sectors, you should really find out why and then try to fix it.

But my level was working fine at first. I did check errors on SRB2DB and it said there were no unclosed sectors or anything. Then suddenly after deleting a FOF I made, it started breaking.
 
Don't worry about it, I've posted the new version to Jellybones, with the unclosed sectors fixed, copy and paste helps. =D
