My left joy stick keeps moving the camera

Hey could ya'll help me out?, I have tried both a Nintendo switch controller and an Xbox controller and they have this thing were if I move the character the camera moves at the same time. I haven't even been able to get passed the tutorial because, when I move forward the camera moves up and make it so I can't see the character. I have searched around and haven't been able to find a solution to this.

Mess around with changing what’s controlled by what axis in the Joystick Settings.
(I don’t remember if that’s the actual name of that menu. Sorry if it isn’t)

Said this to you on r/srb2 but I'll put it here too: change your Camera Axis in Gamepad Options. You likely have it set to the same axis that's used for movement.

That doesn’t seem to be the case for me, in the Gamepad options the Vertical movement is set to the y axis while the Vertical Camera is set to x rudder, the Horizontal movement is set to the x axis while the Horizontal Camera is set to the z axis. Changing them doesn’t seem to have an effect.

Hey I think I fixed it, I went to control configuration and removed all the button settings for the camera. It seems that my joystick is connected to the arrow keys on the laptop, so it triggered both the camera and the movement.
