my kartmaker doesnt work

it refuses to open (it opens for a split second and closes again and the wad doesnt release) ive done everything correctly and the final step refuses to complete​

 
You're supposed to drag a folder with all the assets for your character onto it.
It's not meant to be opened on it's own.
