My friend is having problems hosting.

Yesterday, I introduced him to SRB2. He loves it. HOWEVER....

After 3-4 hours of ability to host, his hosting isn't working anymore.
He did NOT have to portforward.
It was PERFECT without lag.
His server IS on the master server.
How can he fix this?
