Multiplayer problem....

sorry if i sound really dumb but....

1.How do i change my character in network mode?

2.when talking i can only see half the letters the rest are cut off from the screen how can i fix this?

help me please. :D

1: Either go to "Multiplayer" and then choose "setup player" and then choose you character, name, and color. Or...use the console command: skin <character name>

2: There's a limit to how long your messages can be, unless you use the "say <message>" console command.

but for number 2 i mean.like say i typed in "hello" the top bit of the letters will be missing they get choped off from the top of the screen..

I had that SAME problem when I first got SRB2. FuriousFox is right, adjusting your monitor fixes it.
