1.I need a Neo Sonic direct link.
2.How do I resize characters?
3.How can I fit all of my characters to WinMugen instead of only having 8 characters at a time.
4.How do get all those numbers out of my screen?(Debug)

1.I'll upload him.
2.Look in the .CNS files, open it with Notepad or whatever. Look for the thingy that says the character scales X and Y. If you want him to be 2x the size, put 2.
3.Use a different screenpack.
4.Use the other .EXE
