You haven't changed the Master Server name in the options, have you?
The Master Server browser seems fine, so maybe you just need to try again a few times...or maybe try again later.

Oh man, I didn't even tap the image to see the whole thing, including the android console button in the top left.

either put masterserver "http://mb.srb2.org/MS/0" into the console

There is also a Server Browser on this very forum that can be used to search for servers. Just join via IP once you find one. https://ms.srb2.org/

sense we are talking about android you can't copy paste easily on the android port for some reason. you can make a console script to join, but it isn't the best solution
