Does anyone know of a way to make a mp3 player play ogg files/know where a pluggin is?

I already found a pluggin for windows media player.
I am asking if someone knows how to make a mp3 player play oggs. (mp3 player as in ipod)

You can't "make" it do it if it doesn't do it out of the box, as far as I know. Buy a better MP3 player or convert the OGG to MP3 music.

Or in the case of the iPod and several other mp3 players, you can replace the factory firmware with an alternative one that can play OGGs. This will allow the mp3 player in question to play OGGs.

Thanks Digiku, I will look into it.
I can convert it easily as I have done with many a file, but I wanted to have space for more music by making it compact.

This is where having a multi-function media player (*cough* GP2X *cough*) comes in handy. Regular firmware content updates ftw.

Anyways, SUPER(C) will do it if you can't find replacement firmware. Do it as in recode the OGG into an MP3.
