Mouse Looking not working

I know I've posted a lot of topic right now but my mouse looking doesnt work. I thought it was because I was using a mouse pad to look and i remebered that it worked before. The mouse looking thing doesnt work now and i cant play shooting servers. I tried the mouse thing in options but nothing is working. What do I do?

Always Mouselook On (In mouse options)

Check all the options. Make sure Always Mouselook is on in the maous options, if you use OGL, Turn Mouselook to Full in the 3D card settings, and check your autoexec.cfg. I had trouble with that...
