Modern Mighty

Lil update!!

I've decided against using GokuAcid's sprite as a base, rather Cosmic Emerald very generously made a more SRB2-ish sketch of the sprite, which I fleshed out and modelled after Modern Sonic V6's style.

In terms of moveset, I'm scrapping his entire current moveset in favor of a new one that borrows elements of his moveset in Sonic World DX; for example, an aerial kick that can latch onto walls. DX isn't my only inspiration though, as I want to preserve my original vision of Mighty having a combat-based moveset. As a result of this, I'm going to be using an 06/Frontiers style homing attack, stopping in front of an enemy, and having a small window to attack them. This is most useful with those annoying drill guys in Castle Eggman.

I don't have any gifs to show off just yet, but I can show Mighty's new sprite style next to Modern V6's for everyone to compare and give critique.
This looks so SICK

i think this height would be better

I have a move idea maybe Mighty's Hammer Drop from Sonic Mania would work well in the SRB2 environment if you had him destroy breakable floors and give him a short range shockwave hitbox. Another candidate would be Chaotix's Mighty wall jump ability. Even the hammer drop would be interesting, as it would make him the only character outside of vanilla six who can smash floors and spin through small openings. Combining this with a wall jump for vertical ascent would allow him to explore both spin character paths and non-spin character paths.

Mighty's stomp is much more powerful than Sonic's, it tears up the ground below and destroys enemies in a wide radius

(thx to Tails3891 for the majority of the stomp code :D)

I think its gotta be good as Mizzy The Silverfish mod.

What would make this more interesting is there is also gonna be Archie Sonic mod by some other guy, making this the Archie duo.

ik i can understand why that stuff happens, but why does it happen so much with characters that have modern in there name?
