I've had this idea in the back of my mind, but I've got this idea for a character that mixes in elements of horror into it. It wouldn't be a character from a specific franchise, but maybe on the surface, the character would appear to be a generic palette swap, but as the game progresses, more and more disturbing things start to appear.

Maybe the character could like transform into some eldritch monster or somethin.
