MILEStheIDC updated Miles' Mildly Improved Models! with a new update entry:

Regarding 1.0

Good news, everyone!
So, 1.0 WILL (probably) come out soon, since im a downright workaholic on models recently, and if i can give an estimate on when the update will come out, ill say probably late this month, if not AT MOST early/mid march.

Also, the update will have as of now, 3 characters, but i may decide to do more, because modeling is fun
so uh stay tuned, and i will see you guys this/next month!

no, there are numerous tutorials on how to download and put models in srb2, yeah its a seperate thing from addons, it goes in a models folder and there is a models.dat file you put in the base game folder where the .exe for srb2 is

With Peel do i have to completely replace the original peelout or is there a way i can switch between them? and how do i remove the original peelout so it stops overlapping with this one?

nope, personally i do not like the paper peelout, and there isn't a way to switch between them, and the way you get rid of it is you go into the models.dat, and the name of the object is PEEL. you have to find a model that has nothing in it to use for the peelout, i'll include it in the next update

MILEStheIDC updated Miles' Mildly Improved Model Pack! with a new update entry:

bad news and (kinda) good news

so, regarding 1.0, i will not be able to finish tails and the other guy for the next week and a half, and i havent been able to for the LAST week and a half, so uh that is why i have not been able to release it in late march.

by the way this isn't an april fools bit

ALSO as soon as i get my pc back, ill finish what i need to do and release this update probably mid april, and then release the NEXT update late april!

So when the add-on gets updated do I need to redownload it?
Also I'm gonna run on the assumption people aren't allowed to use the models in any way, shape, or form? (reference for drawing for example)

yes, you will need to redownload it, and replace the models (the ones that were there before dont need to be changed in the models.dat)
and you can use the models for reference, totally! just dont do anything like release it elsewhere lol

Yeah I gotcha, how do I like get my hands on the models? Do I just need to get Blender or something?

Btw another thing I wanna ask: How does the peel-out animation work? Cuz I use the custom peel-out addon but it doesn't work (instead having Sonic have his normal running animation), so I wanna know if a different peel-out addon is required or I'm just missing something

this shits never coming out dude omfg

also
update: i got expelled, will prob get pc back next month

Wait so what characters, models, and enemies will be added to the addon? And when they're added will I need to re-add the addon
