Midtexture offsets

I'm trying to make a fence in a wad. How I'm currently doing it is having a pegged midtexture on a linedef. However there are parts of the floor that are slightly higher and where I have different sectors to change the floor texture, meaning that it looks uneven vertically and doesn't line up horizontally. Changing the offsets makes it look good in uzb's own viewer, however when playtesting, these offsets don't seem to exist. What is going wrong, and how can I fix it?

it's good that you described the problem, but it would be better if you shared the textures, and even better - sent the wad file

This isn't my actual map, but instad just the bit that shows what the problem is. I'm making it in Ultimate Zone Builder.

I don't understand what the problem is, simple alignment (ctrl+a) works fine

In your map still, playing it in game results in unaligned textures, even if uzb's built in viewer displays it correctly. In fact, this seems to be an issue for all wall textures, not just midtextures, but floor and ceiling textures offset properly.
