This is an informative topic only. How to convert MIDIs to ITs and export them to WAV. You can also convert to OGG if you exported them to WAV.
I used ModPlug Tracker for MIDIs. They are opened as ITs (Impulse Trackers modules). Simple. You can save they now in this format. But you can also export them to WAV (File -> Export to WAV). This last utility is difficult to find, really.
After convert them to WAV, you can use a program for convert them to OGG if you want, like OggDropXP.
PS: the both programs that I mencioned are actually freeware :D
