Master server trouble

Every time I try to join a netgame, The game won't connect to the master server, also when I go to server options under master server it says off, if anyone knows how to fix this problem, please tell me.

Restart your computer!

The server options are for your server. "Master server off (forgot the real name)" means you don't advertise on the masterserver, I think.

Just turn MASTER SERVER from off to on, and rehost.
