Invalid Master Server Problem

Hai all i live in Portugal and i have problems with my srb2 server (*TOTALFREDOM SRB2* or *WADS ARE AWESOME*JOIN NOW!) when i turn them on they sucefully subscribe the server, but when i check the server, my server isnt working, doesnt show my ping, type of game and query. PLZ HELP ME!!!!

Im EXPLODINGTNT! KA-BOOOOOM! (srb2 fan too..........yeah....)
