Mario Koopa Blast Error

So I unlocked Mario Koopa Blast in SRB2. I went to the secrets section to go ahead and try it out, but then the game instantly closes and I get this message saying "You have to unlock this level first!" Which is very ironic since I did unlock it already, but it just won't let me play the level. It does show on the checklist I unlocked it, and I got 20 emblems.

What's going on??

Ya beat the game first? If you did, go to ERZ3 and beat it again, then see if it works.

I've heard that for some reason, MKB still requires you to beat the game with all emeralds.

No I didn't actually, I'll try beating the game first then see what happens.

EDIT: Okay, I beat single player and I was able to play MKB now, thanks DUDE. (Get it? Dude, DOOD!? HAHAHAHeheheeh... *cough*)
