If somebody joins a level with Mario blocks mid-game, they'll always display the main texture, both when they're full or empty. They always display the correct texture for anyone who was in the game from level load, though.
Correct -- I just wanted to make sure that it was just the texture disparity and not the FOF information. We're working on a similar case involving laser FOFs (which do cause cfails) not being captured in the game snapshot, so I just wanted to rule out the possibility.
