Making thing rise

We may able to help but can you tell us anything specifically? Did you set the linedef(?) correctly? Download link?

Make a control sector, attach a linedef special to a linedef, and tag the desired in-game sector to said linedef.

You make a lindef and then right click. A box will pop up showing stuff like what texture to use and such. There should be to drop down boxes here, click the top one and there you go. If you need to more go to this place.
