How do you make one? i went on a couple that you can go SS when you randomly get 999 rings.

Get the chaos emeralds (use startrings if you're a cheater or in a rush) and get 50 rings (cheaters or people in a rush use startrings...). Now thok with Sonic and you'll be second most powerfull form of Sonic, SUPER SONIC!

You can't in a netgame, you could back before -noresetplayers became devmode only.

and go to map50 and it'll tell you everything

P.S.there is hyper sonic in this game but it is really hard to get
