Making my own WAD

I'm trying to make a wad and i have no idea how. my guy looks like this.

Do i have to use the SOC thing to make a character? and can i add the two tails on my character?

Hello, old friend.
Here's a little bit of advice if you want to survive on this fourm: Don't.
They don't like recolours, or slight edits. And yours is both. No offense. But I'm just suggesting. If you want to, that's fine, just keep it to yourself.
Oh, and alot of people here are not nice to newbies, Ignore them. Unless they are telling you detailed reasons, like this post. Then look at the reasons and ignore the sarcasm. That's how I did it.

Well, honestly, it's a Sonic recolor with tails, but it wouldn't be a character easy to do. Making a WAD of Shuffle would be even easier. I wonder what's the color that changes in multiplayer, through.

And by the way, you need to make a SOC only if you're making a custom ability. I guess the one for that character is flying, and it's already done in the game, so you don't need a SOC.
