Making a release application

How do I release an application, do I release it like publishing Addons?
I really want to upload something but I don't know how to.

Also make sure your addon fits the guidelines so it can have the possibility of getting through, in the case you haven’t read it, you can find the guidelines here.

Oh, my bad, I understood it completely differently. Either ways, I guess just Judging Guidelines apply here.

If it is a application, it might go to the Miscellaneous section (since Kartmaker does the same i think) but first you need to release it on submissions.

The SRB2 Message board has a whole Software section in Releases that was added recently.
