Maggie the Cat [Ring Racers] - "How do you drive this thing? There's no magic!"

One of my characters, Marigold Beaumont (Maggie), brought over from SRB2Kart with a complete sprite overhaul to fit the new standard. Happy Halloween! Too bad Maggie is still canonically terrible at driving.

Voice is a placeholder being Shanoa (Michelle Ruff) from Castlevania Order of Ecclesia, as well as some misc. Castlevania SFX.
