Lua Hooks?

I was wondering what hooks there will be for Lua for making modifications for SRB2, in case for example, I want to start planning how to make a "hyperflight" ability work in super form or underwater, or for another example, come up with capechase items for specific characters without having to do an air dash in order to set it up, for example, having it so a Mario Character wad would have a cape following behind him when he is in his super form.

I find better you to wait the release of the new version, for the time being there is not any tutorial of Lua in SRB2.
