LUA for beginners

Over the Summer, I plan to learn how to make LUA scripts, as my knowledge of it at the moment is that of an amoeba. Could you give me any advice or tips on where to start tho? (The same goes for things like object configurations)

The Internet, duh. Try searching for a Lua tutorial.
There are some things exclusive to SRB2 Lua though, so take notes on the Wiki too.
