I'm trying to find a good Sega Saturn emulator but I can't find one. Also I'm trying to find a NiGHTS Into Dreams ROM that actually works. Anyone know where I can find these?
 
We can not help you find ROMs here. As for the emulator, I think SSF is the best out there right now.
