Little problems with srb2DB (screenshot)

I got run time error 339 what says some kind of problems with cmcs21.ocx. i tried downloading other cmcs21.ocx:es but it didn't work.
(sorry almost all time asking but now new version is here so many question will come)

Download cmcs21.ocx from here, put it in your system directory (probably C:\windows\system32) and then run this at the command line as an administrator:

regsvr32 cmcs21.ocx

now cmd is giving me error code 0x8002801c.
