Fixed Little console oversight

Holding the control [CTRL] button makes the console stop catching keyboard input unless the key you're pressing is part of a hotkey.

For example, if you bound WASD for movement, you can have the console open then hold CTRL and press W, S and D to move around, except for A since the console uses CTRL+A to "select all".

That's .... awkward, i rember seeing this issue somewhere before, never thought it was a bug though.
