Light dash ability speed

For a character wad I am making, I need a bit of help with the light dash. I want the caracter to have the light dash, but as it is, it is far too powerful (and fast for such a slow character). Is there any way for one to slow down the light dash speed? Or perhaps there is another way to limit it?

Nope, lightdash is always the same. Except in Shufflarb2, when it's different from how it is in normal SRB2, just because of going into the spin frames though.

Hm? How do I make it do that? I think it going into rolling animation would actually be a better visual effect for this character.

No pointless SOCs in characters please. SA-jump (and backwards SA-Jump) is utter fail.

Well, if I lower the spindash speed and retain the character’s speed of 10, do you think that will be enough to balance out the character?

Just remove lightdash. >>
